A specialist in Corporate Re-Structuring, Taxation, Financial Management and OTC Transaction Structuring on a Global basis. A Technology Business Advisor, NED and CFO in various Tech spectrum based investments through KCA from 2017, and an experienced Fin-Tech Investor. He holds a BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University.

Rescued the London 2012 Olympics £7.4b IT operation, delivered £1.3b incremental value for British Gas through a transformational data program, facilitated £1.4b pa revenue generation for Oracle Group, and led the British Petroleum £70m trading development. Served as UK Government Director of Common Technology Services from 2016, and oversaw the tech transformation for DVLA and Post Office.

A specialist advisor in on and off-shore RE financing techniques and structures, and a successful RE fund raiser on a global basis. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (no longer practicing) 1996.

He has extensive experience gained from the commodities and capital markets arenas, where he held many senior management trading and sales positions in the global markets. He is a highly effective sales and commercialisation executive, developing enterprise initiatives across multiple continents. He has worked at Kuwait Petroleum International, Natixis Bank, Jefferies Bank and CCBI. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Ain Shams University, Egypt.

Qualified as a Solicitor in 1991, became Partner at two large London firms, Wedlake Bell and Farrer & Co. 25 years in private practice (P-P) specialising in Corporate Law, specifically M&A, Private Equity, Public and Private Fund Raisings, and was ranked as a Leading practitioner by the legal directories. Outside of P-P acts as a Partner in a private investment group focused on the renewable energy sector, operates as a NED of several Companies, and was formerly General Counsel to a Commodity trading business. He holds an LLB (Hons) Bachelor of Laws from Middlesex University.

A highly experienced and successful Private Banker with 43 years of Bank service, Coutts Bank (37 years) and Arbuthnot Latham (6 years). Held many senior positions within the Private Banking industry gaining considerable diverse skill sets and experience, from Investment Management to Securities and Lending business operations. Managed many departments on an international basis, and headed business initiatives and projects across the sector, including Regulatory and Compliance implementations, internal audits and risk management reviews. He holds a CISI Diploma, and a CISI Investment Advice Certificate.

Over 20 years of commercial leadership experience across a range of new-era Enterprise Technologies, from Cloud Infrastructure and Software, Internet of Things, AI and Blockchain. Former MD of Azeti Networks, a Berlin-based IoT and Machine Learning business, delivering to distribution partners; Cisco, Intel, DELL, Siemens, Ericsson and Microsoft. He was formerly Director of International Business for Rackspace Group. He co-founded and successfully exited CnaSoft. He holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems, and an MSc in Finance and Real Estate from CASS Business school.
